Sanitizing Your Everything

Image
Sanitizing Your Everything Truth is, germs are everywhere. We're estimated to have over 1,500 bacteria living on each square centimeter of our hands alone.  Every time you shake someone's hands or touch something, you are probably picking up bacteria and possibly even viruses.  During flu season or amid the scare of a virus sweeping your state or local region, it is important to wash your hand regularly with soap and water.  Here's How To Properly Wash Your Hands: Wet your hands with clean, running water, turn off the tap and apply soap.  Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap getting the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails. Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds. Rinse your hands well under clean, running water. Dry your hands with a clean towel or air dry them (wet hands pick up germs so dry well). There's even a series on Netflix about Tidying Up! Yet so many people are still looking for answers.  I have read several of those books and watched most of those shows and like many others, I was inspired to try their methods. Some of it was useful information so me, but it may not be for you.  Having been in the housekeeping industry caring for many types of homes for people who all live within their own standards for most of my life. I have seen many ways that work and don't work.
